1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the management of the kk8my1 platform ("Platform"). These terms are written in Bahasa Melayu and English. Should there be any conflict in interpretation between the two language versions, the Bahasa Melayu version shall serve as the primary reference.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

kk8my1 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions must be made using an account in the name of the registered user only.

4.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10. The minimum withdrawal is RM50. The withdrawal processing time is typically between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the payment method chosen and the account verification process.

4.3 Identity Verification

kk8my1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard compliance procedure aimed at protecting users from fraud. Documents that may be required include a copy of MyKad and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

4.4 User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for ensuring that the payment account details provided are correct. kk8my1 is not responsible for any loss resulting from incorrect details provided by the user. Payments that have been processed based on the details provided cannot be reclaimed.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kk8my1 offers a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Example calculation: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM200 bringing your account balance to RM300. The wagering requirement is RM200 × 25 = RM5,000 which must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. For a deposit of RM1,200, the maximum bonus of RM1,000 is received bringing the balance to RM2,200, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.

5.2 VIP Programme

kk8my1 runs a five-tier VIP programme that provides weekly cashback to loyal members. The tiers are as follows:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades depend on the level of activity and commitment of the user on the platform. All cashback is automatically credited into the account on the designated day.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions are for the personal use of registered users only and are not transferable. kk8my1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion without prior notice. Attempts to abuse the bonus system — including placing low-value bets solely to meet requirements, using multiple accounts, or coordinating with other users — will result in bonus cancellation and account termination.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the kk8my1 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games, and other games — are run according to their respective specific rules, which can be found within each game's interface. Users are encouraged to read and understand the rules of each game before playing.

Game results generated electronically are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical failure. In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, kk8my1 will investigate and resolve each case based on valid system records.

Bets placed unintentionally, including as a result of user error or an unstable internet connection, will not be refunded. Users are responsible for ensuring their technical environment is stable before starting a betting session.

For sports betting and live betting, the odds displayed may change until the bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are final unless the relevant game or event is cancelled by the organiser.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the kk8my1 platform:

• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
• Coordinating with other users to manipulate game outcomes or abuse the bonus system.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the kk8my1 platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Violations of any of these conduct rules will result in action that may include warnings, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or legal action depending on the severity of the violation.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

Before closure is processed, any eligible balance will be returned to the user in accordance with the applicable withdrawal procedure, provided all identity verification requirements have been met.

8.2 Closure for Responsible Gambling

Users who feel they are experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling may request self-exclusion or betting limits through customer support. kk8my1 encourages users to make use of these tools as a proactive step to maintain a healthy playing experience.

8.3 Termination by the Platform

kk8my1's total liability to any user will not exceed the amount of the last successful deposit made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the liability claim.
